Darin Stewart is a Florida-licensed attorney and CPA with extensive experience advising healthcare organizations, boards, executive leadership teams, and physician groups on complex legal, regulatory, transactional, and operational matters. He brings a practical, business-minded approach to helping clients solve problems, manage risk, and achieve strategic objectives.
Darin previously served as a senior legal executive for a major, national, healthcare organization, where he supported ambulatory business lines including medical groups, imaging centers, and other outpatient services. In that role, he advised on board governance, provider employment, physician practice acquisitions, professional services arrangements, healthcare regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Before moving in-house, Darin was an equity shareholder in the health law practice group of a large law firm where he represented health systems, facilities, and providers in regulatory, contracting, leasing, financing, and transactional matters. His experience includes guiding executive leadership on financing transactions, due diligence, negotiating commercial and medical office leases, and leading significant client relationships for national healthcare organizations.
Darin’s legal practice is strengthened by his accounting background and prior tax experience, allowing him to evaluate business transactions through both a legal and financial lens. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted before the Supreme Court of Florida and the Middle District of Florida. He is also a licensed CPA in Florida.
